Trade show support and factory missions in China

Going to Canton Fair unprepared means paying for a flight to collect business cards. We plan the mission, pre-qualify the exhibitors, sit in on the negotiations, and visit the factories that matter — so the trip ends with a supplier assessed, not a list of contacts.

A show, or a run of factories

Bookable together, on one trip, or separately — which one fits depends on where your company is: still looking for a supplier, or confirming one.

Trade show support

Trip and schedule planning, exhibitor pre-qualification, on-the-ground support during the show days, technical conversations run with the manufacturers, sample collection, and a closing report assessing every supplier visited.

Technical missions and factory visits

A trip built around the production sites: on-site audit of the line, quality control, and installed capacity, meetings held at the factory itself, and a technical opinion on how fit each supplier is for what your company buys.

The full flow

From a booked schedule to a supplier assessed

  1. Mission planning

We set the objective of the trip, the categories to prospect, and the supplier profile being sought. The stand-visit schedule is built before departure, which avoids the most common mistake at a show the size of Canton Fair: walking the halls without focus and coming home with business cards instead of a supplier.

  2. Exhibitor pre-qualification

Before the trip we filter the exhibitor list: who is a manufacturer and who is a middleman, declared capacity, certifications, compatible product lines. A large show rewards whoever arrives with a short list — floor time is short and does not come back.

  3. On-the-ground support at the show

We accompany you throughout the show, running the technical and commercial conversations with manufacturers, checking declared production capacity, and collecting samples and documentation. Having someone in the room who has negotiated with Chinese factories changes how those conversations go, immediately.

  4. Factory visits and on-site validation

A show is a display case; a factory is evidence. When a supplier looks promising, the plant visit is scheduled while the mission is still running: production line, quality control, installed capacity, and working conditions, checked in person and written up.

  5. Report and partnership structuring

At the end of the mission, every supplier assessed gets a technical and commercial opinion with a recommendation. For the ones you choose, we negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and Incoterm, and structure the initial relationship between your company and the factory.

Where our scope ends

What we do, and what we don't

Our scope

Mission planning, exhibitor pre-qualification, on-the-ground support, running the technical and commercial meetings, factory visits and audits, an assessment report, and structuring the partnership with the manufacturer you choose.

Outside our scope

We are not a trading company: we do not perform customs clearance, we do not contract international freight, and we do not nationalize cargo. Once the partnership is structured, orders and payments run directly between your company and the factory, with the broker you already use — and our technical line to the manufacturer stays open.

Frequently asked

Common questions about trade shows and missions in China

Do you handle the import once the order is placed?

No. Rekowsky Serviços is not a trading company and does not perform customs clearance, international freight contracting, or cargo nationalization. Those steps are handled by your company or by the customs broker you already work with. We can introduce specialist partners, and we stay on as the technical contact with the factory throughout the process.

Can I hire trade show support on its own?

Yes, and it is the most common arrangement. The scope is agreed before the trip: schedule planning, exhibitor pre-qualification, on-the-ground support during the show days, running the conversations with manufacturers, sample collection, and a report assessing every supplier visited.

Do you attend every edition of Canton Fair?

Canton Fair runs twice a year in Guangzhou, split into three phases by product category. Attendance is set by client demand and by the phase relevant to the products being sought. We also attend Global Sources in Hong Kong and sector shows in Shenzhen and Yiwu.

Can we visit factories outside the trade show calendar?

Yes. A technical mission does not depend on a show: when the supplier list is already defined, the trip is built around visits to the production sites, with on-site audits and meetings held at the factories themselves. It is the right format for a company that already knows what it wants to buy and needs to confirm who to buy it from.
